A contemporary reinterpretation of the Swiss chalet, the Four Seasons resort & residences is a luxurious mountain retreat nestled into Deer Valley’s alpine landscape. It’s articulated stone podium organizes retail and amenities around a series of plazas carved into the ski slopes, creating dynamic public spaces with direct access to the mountain. Atop the shared podium, two wood-clad curtain wall towers evoke the timber construction, decorative woodwork, and large balconies of the traditional alpine home. Spanning the two buildings, the development offers a mix of 134 high-end short-term accommodations, 55 long-term rentals, and 68 luxury private condos. Expansive retail, amenities, and specialty dining spanning 122,000 SF are integrated throughout the podium and double-height roof levels, oriented to capture the sweeping vistas of the surrounding mountain range.
