As a nod to its Brooklyn context, The Arcadian Residences playfully toys with the neighboring typologies through its brick exterior by introducing a rhythmic façade consisting of glazed brick piers. At its base, an interconnected chain of common spaces - including amenities, retail, grocery, and community facility totaling 22,000 SF - activates the ground floor, threading together two distinct residential bars with rich amenity and retail program and culminating in a 26,000 square foot park nestled between them. On its interior, the faces of the building flanking the courtyard are punctuated by a series of private balconies serving the 328 rental units that overlook the amenity-laden landscape.
